Language Teaching Lab collects data from visitors in order to serve them better. It might collect data from visitors to check the performance or content of the site, for example, but it does not share, rent, sell the data, or make public your personal information.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website with its own privacy policy.

LTL uses Bluehost/WordPress plugins (such as Optinmonster, Jetpack, Monsterinsights) to track user interaction with the site as well as Google Analytics for website visitor tracking, determine the number of people using LTL or understand how people find LTL. Please check their privacy policy if you see necessary.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Any downloadable files available, such as pdf. files can be used at users own risk. Although there are links to other websites, LTL privacy policy applies to its content only. For those who are 16 or under, LTL needs you to check with and have parents or guardians permission beforehand if you plan to provide personal information. LTL is not responsible for those who do not follow this guideline.
